重庆法院集中宣判一批涉黑涉恶犯罪案件

border-box;">该案被告人赵顺系张步令黑社会性质组织成员（张步令案前期已宣判）。经法院审理查明，2013年9月，张步令、谢松宇共同出资成立双鼎汽车销售有限公司，发展信用卡贷款购车担保业务。双鼎公司在为车主提供按揭担保时，欺骗车主签订一系列空白合同，隐瞒“违约”条款及后果，并以伪造银行流水、制作虚假收入证明等方式通过银行贷款审核，达到赚取担保费、保证金的目的。自2014年下半年起，张步令、谢松宇先后招募陈小勇、赵顺等人为收车队员，采用暴力、威胁、诱骗、盗开等方式非法收车，收回车辆后勒索车主钱财或者变卖车辆以获取非法利益，逐步形成了以张步令为首的黑社会性质组织。该组织收车范围广，被害人数众多，多次实施犯罪活动，为非作恶，欺压群众，严重影响了当地经济、社会生活秩序。</p><p
