17px;">根据《重庆市民政局 重庆市财政局关于提高城乡低保等社会救助保障标准的通知》（渝民〔2020〕179号）文件精神，经县政府同意，就提高我县城乡低保等社会救助保障标准有关事宜通知如下：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">一、对象及标准</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（一）调整提高对象及标准</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.城乡低保。城市居民最低生活保障标准由每人每月580元调整为每人每月620元；农村居民最低生活保障标准由每人每月440元调整为每人每月496元。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.特困人员救助供养。特困救助供养标准由每人每月754元调整为每人每月806元。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.孤儿、艾滋病感染儿童基本生活保障。孤儿基本生活保障标准由每人每月1204元调整为每人每月1256 元。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">艾滋病感染儿童基本生活保障标准参照孤儿基本生活保障标准执行。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4.救助机构流浪乞讨人员基本生活保障。流浪乞讨人员生活保障标准由580元调整为每人每月 620元。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（二）维持不变对象及标准</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.维持城乡低保分类重点救助标准。城乡低保中分类重点救助对象仍执行现行标准，即：残疾人员每人每月40元；一至二级重残人员、患有重大疾病人员和70岁以上老人每人每月60元，学龄前儿童和在校学生每人每月100元，此五类对象不交叉重复享受，但属残疾人可同时享受残疾人员分类重点救助。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.特困人员照料护理补贴。第一档全护理特困人员照料护理补贴标准为每人每月300元；第二档半护理特困人员照料护理补贴标准为每人每月200元。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.事实无人抚养儿童基本生活保障标准1204元不变。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（三）新增对象及标准</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;line-height: 1.75em;"><span
