用人单位未按规定参加城镇职工医疗保险或已参保单位漏报、瞒报参保人员及缴费工资，按照市人力社保局《关于补缴城镇职工医疗保险费有关问题的通知》（渝人社发〔2013〕35号）规定申请补缴2019年12月前历年医保费的，继续使用2017年全市城镇非私营单位在岗职工平均工资73272元（6106元/月）核定其补缴基数上、下限，月缴费基数上限为18318元、下限为3664元；申请补缴2020年当年医保费的，月缴费基数上限为17455元、下限为3491元。</span></p><p
