!important;">三是</strong>明确工作职责，省级领导小组负责全省农村公路“路长制”的统筹、指导、考核等工作；市级领导小组发挥承上启下作用，落实省级领导小组的要求，对县级农村公路“路长制”进行指导、监督、考核；县级总路长是辖区内农村公路管理的第一责任人，负责统筹县域内农村公路的建设、管理、养护、运营及路域环境整治等工作；县、乡、村三级路长在总路长的领导下，分别对所辖农村公路的建设、管理、养护、运营及路域环境整治等负直接责任。</span></p><section
