yahei";"="">一阵小雨过后，给原本暑热的夏日增添了几分凉意。我抬头看了看墙上的挂钟，已经是晚上11点30分了，办公桌上堆满了资料，桌边坐着我和驻村工作队员，一个人对着表格计算，一个人在全国扶贫系统上录入数据，我们正在整理录入2015年以来贫困户家庭收入情况。看着埋头工作的大家，三年来的扶贫工作场景又浮现在眼前……</span></p><p style="text-indent: yahei";"="">2017年10月，组织把我选派到了蓼子乡金寨村担任第一书记。那时家中女儿刚上小学三年级，儿子还未上幼儿园，想到驻村扶贫后和家人必然是聚少离多，妻子又是高三的班主任，照顾孩子的任务自然落在了她身上。我以为妻子会反对，至少会有不满情绪，没想到她却非常支持，临行前她嘱咐我：“放心吧，家里有我，驻村是去基层锻炼，你应该给孩子做个榜样。”正是她的支持与鼓励，让我没有了后顾之忧，也坚定了要当好扶贫干部的信心。</span></p><section yahei";"="">刚到蓼子乡金寨村时，眼前的景象比我想象中的还要差，村“两委”办公楼破旧不堪，办公设备老化、道路坑洼不平、产业发展空心、百姓收入薄弱，直接就给我来了个“下马威”。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" yahei";"="">面对这种窘境，我想实现脱贫致富还是要因户施策，入户调查走访是密切干群关系最有效的方式，没有什么比走访来的更直接更快捷。为了尽快融入农村，我和村“两委”一班人马白天进村入户调查摸底，夜里组织大家梳理问题。渐渐地我成了“正宗”的村里人。现在听民声、解民意成了我工作的“敲门砖”和“金钥匙”，我把大量时间用在了走访老党员、致富能手、困难群众上，听取他们的心声，耐心解释群众关心的问题，详细了解村里产业发展、基础设施建设、群众生活情况，一点一点地梳理发展思路，找准工作的切入点和突破口。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" yahei";"="">我入户走访来到建卡贫困户朱占康家时，当我第一眼看见他家的场景，一阵心酸涌上心头。一家5人挤在一间破旧的土坯房，墙体开裂、屋顶塌陷、屋内陈设简陋，说他家徒四壁，一点都不为过。我仔细向他了解家里的实际情况，朱占康给我说：自己患矽肺病，不能从事体力劳动；妻子也患严重的心脏病；小女儿上小学，大女儿已经外嫁；儿子在外务工，是家里唯一的经济来源。走访完他家我立即和村“两委”班子协商，积极帮助他们一家申请易地扶贫搬迁，考虑到家中缺乏劳动力，我又组织村上青壮年劳动力代为修建，不到两个月的时间，一幢崭新的房屋坐落在旧屋旁边。那一日下着大雪，我和村“两委”班子去帮朱占康搬家，送去了床、被子、烤火炉等生活用品。朱占康动情地说：自己做梦都没想到能住上新房。看着他们一家人从此告别夏热冬凉的日子，我觉得所做的一切都是值得的。</span></p><section yahei";"="">金寨村是名副其实的产业空心村，多年来老百姓一直苦守着传统的耕作模式。村里劳动力大多外出务工，留守家中的妇女老人在一亩三分地里肩挑背磨求生活。这种靠天吃饭的状况，也导致全村2015年人均纯收入还不足2500元。我暗下决心要发展特色产业，建立集体经济，带动群众增收致富。借助县生态环境局的帮扶支持，我和村“两委”班子跑部门、报项目、筹资金、引企业，逐步引导群众养殖生猪，建立蔬菜种植基地，栽植独活、天麻、党参、地黄等中药材，发展以核桃为主的干果林。现在的金寨村是山顶药材带帽，山腰生猪飞跑，山下蔬菜环绕……产业发展正如我期盼的那样，迸发出勃勃生机。</span></p><section normal;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" yahei";"="">记得刚到村的时候正值秋冬时节，村里的老人喜欢带着孩子在村口那段没有硬化的村级公路边晒太阳，不时有过往的车辆卷起漫天尘土，小孩胡乱奔跑，十分危险。我看在眼里，急在心里。偌大的一个村子，难道就没有一个供大家休闲娱乐的场所吗？</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" yahei";"="">金寨村山大沟深，除了高山一带有一两处平地，河谷一带更是寸土寸金，但凡有点平坦的地段都被老百姓建起了房屋。那怎么办呢？带着这样的困惑我在走访中仔细观察全村的地形地貌，四处留意可能的建设场地。终于，我发现沿着公路边上有一段200米长的河滩地，如果建成河堤后在扩建成文化广场是完全可以的。带着这个想法，我到县上各部门奔走，去帮扶单位积极协调，经过一年的努力，金寨村终于获得了修建河堤和文化广场的建设许可。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" yahei";"="">项目资金和手续跑下来了，但是新的问题又来了！那段空着的河滩地是9户群众十多年前分别按1000元/亩至2000元/亩价格购买的宅基地；经过多年的冲刷变成了河床，已不具备再修建房屋的条件。根据国家政策规定公共基础建设是没有个人补偿资金的。我以为村上的公益事业会得到村民的大力支持，但往往事与愿违。记得第一次协调用地问题完全是被群众“吼”出来的，有几户人根本不和我们讲道理，说到“建河堤也好，建广场也好，我们都支持，但那里是我们是花钱买的，这个怎么算？”</span></p><section yahei";"="">原本以为把之前购买宅基地的钱补偿给老百姓就可以，结果有几户一开口就要价几万，而且态度强硬，这一次的协商就只好不了了之。之后我又和几个村干部分别找到当事人进行沟通，有几户愿意支持建设，但仍然有3户态度强硬，其中一户的家庭条件不算太差，但因为早些年家里人竞选村干部落选，对村上和乡上的干部耿耿于怀；几个亲戚也帮着他为这事出气，非闹着给高价才答应。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, " microsoft="" yahei";"="">由于多次协调遭到群众的冷眼旁观和冷嘲热讽，几个村干部也灰心丧气，有了放弃的想法；面对这样的局面，我心里更加着急，项目来之不易，又是群众所期所盼，不能因为几个人的阻挠就放弃。遇到这样的“硬茬”，我依然不厌其烦地去宣传政策，同时还动员老党员、离任老支书、乡贤一起做他的思想工作；晓之以理，动之以情；宣传解释一遍不行，就两遍三遍，直到他明白为止；走访一次不行就两次三次，用我们的实际行动来证明我们修建文化广场的决心。在大家轮番的劝说下，最终取得了他的理解和支持，他还积极劝说其他几户，支持村上公益事业的建设。</span></p><section yahei";"="">文化广场建设任务如期完成。不仅成了老百姓休闲娱乐的重要场所，还是全村的“地标性”建筑。谈论这个广场建设得好不好时，很多群众都说：“多亏张书记哟，要不是他的坚持和努力，金寨村肯定还是老样子”。现在，看着老人们带着孩子在宽阔安全的广场上散步玩耍时，我的内心感到无比的欣慰，因为我解决了老百姓最关心最期盼的事！</span></p><p style="text-indent:
