border-box;"><strong>黄安坝生态科普基地最高海拔2600米，年平均降雨量1267mm，属亚热带高山山地湿润季风气候，年平均气温8度，冬长夏短，夏季平均气温7-25度之间，冬季气温-20-0摄氏度，每年重庆最早和最晚的雪都在黄安坝，从10月下旬至次年3月底基地境内到处被茫茫的白雪覆盖，积雪期长达5个月以上。森林覆盖率达95%，草场草地成片面积20.8万余亩，高山草场地势较为平坦。是冬季玩雪，赏雪的旅游圣地。</strong></p></section></section></section></section><p
