#000000;">今年伊始，新冠肺炎疫情席卷而来，受疫情影响，咸宜镇大部分务工人员无法外出务工，一部分闲散劳动力在家闲置。咸宜镇党委政府急群众之所急，想群众之所想，多方打听到在广州发展服装生意的咸宜本地人——詹庆云，欲向外输出务工人员，解决闲置劳动力就业问题。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">“政府的联系人问我能不能帮忙解决一部分人员就业问题，当时我告诉他们，受疫情影响，人员外出务工风险太大，如果咸宜有地方建厂房，我愿意回咸宜办个生产车间，就近解决人员务工问题。”詹庆云说，他是咸宜本地人，对家乡十分有感情，也希望通过自己的努力将家乡建设得更好。</span></p><p><br></p><p></p><div #000000;">咸宜镇党委政府闻言立即行动，将咸宜村双丰口移民安置点的空置房免租金租给詹庆云作临时生产车间使用，并积极为詹庆云联系本地服装订单。詹庆云也放弃在万州、开州地区已看好的厂房，着手将制衣机器运往城口。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">在双方的共同努力下，今年4月，赢川服饰有限公司制衣扶贫车间在咸宜镇咸宜村正式落地生根，詹庆云本地招聘了20余名村民就近就业，手把手教授村民如何制衣。截至目前，已培养出21名制衣能手，解决了8户贫困户和13户非贫困户的就业问题。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 16px;color: #000000;">席天平是咸宜镇青龙村的村民，患有内风湿关节炎的她不能从事重活，每逢阴雨天气还会全身关节疼痛，早前因为治病花了十几万。近来因天气寒冷，家距离车间路程遥远，她在詹庆云的帮助下将被褥搬进了车间。</span></p><p style="text-align:left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p 16px;">“六月份的时候，镇上说咸宜村开了个制衣车间，问我要不要去上班，但路又远我又不会骑车，走到车间都十点了，还怎么上班嘛。”唐先敏是咸宜镇明月村的建卡贫困户，今年受新冠肺炎疫情影响，无法继续外出打工，只能在家做点农活。知道本地企业招工时，她非常开心，但受制于上班路途遥远、不会骑车、车间又没有住宿等原因，她只能望洋兴叹。</span></p><p><br></p><p></p><div 16px;">“既然他们不能来，那我就把机器和材料送上门去，搞几个家庭式作坊，让周围出行不便的人都能就近务工。”詹庆云说，通过咸宜镇就业意向摸排，他发现明月村双桥附近还有四五户人家想到车间务工，都因出行不便而作罢。他在了解到唐先敏做过十几年的裁缝时，索性就以唐先敏家为示范点打造家庭式作坊，将机器与材料送上门，让周围有就业意向的人都在唐先敏家上班。</span></p><p><br></p><p #000000;">“城口地处偏远、交通不便，气候寒冷，生产成本比其它地区高很多，并不是办厂的最好选址。”詹庆云说，现在城口进入冬天，每天寒风凛冽，车间不开暖风机人身体受不住，每个月仅暖风机的电费就要两三千。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">谈起车间发展的难题，不仅是生产成本增加，最大的还是来自交通运输的挑战。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">詹庆云回忆车间最初落地的一段时间，咸宜往开州方向的道路阻断、无法通车，原料进不来，产品也出不去。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color:
