0.5px;">对此，国家发展改革委有关负责人回应称，应该看到，近年来，各地水电气暖价格形成机制逐步完善，价格矛盾逐步理顺，财政补贴机制逐步建立，随着户表改造工程和抄表到户措施的实施，除部分地区二次供水加压调蓄设施外，多数地区住宅建筑区划红线内供电供气供暖设施运行维护费用已逐步纳入企业经营成本，并未引起价格大幅上涨。</span></section><section
