font-size: 14px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><section style="margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><section style="max-width: 100%;display: flex;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><section data-autoskip="1" style="margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;padding: 1em;max-width: 100%;font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;line-height: 1.75em;background-color: rgb(239, 244, 249);transform: translateX(-5px);box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><p style="font-size: 16px;white-space: normal;margin-bottom: 12px;font-family: " microsoft="" yahei";text-align:="" center;line-height:="" 1.5em;"=""><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">关于加强2021年春节期间燃放烟花爆竹</span></strong></p><p style="font-size: 16px;white-space: normal;margin-bottom: 12px;font-family: " microsoft="" yahei";text-align:="" center;line-height:="" 1.5em;"=""><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">管理的通告</span></strong></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-align: left;overflow-wrap: break-word;font-size: 12pt;font-family: 微软雅黑;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"></p><p style="margin-top: 5px;max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;overflow-wrap: break-word;font-size: 12pt;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 微软雅黑;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;text-align: left;"><span style="max-width: 100%;overflow-wrap: break-word;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">为加强燃放烟花爆竹安全管理，减少环境污染，保障公共安全和人身、财产安全，创造文明、和谐、健康的工作、生产、生活环境，根据《中华人民共和国环境保护法》《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》和《重庆市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》（以下简称《条例》）等法律法规，特通告如下：</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;overflow-wrap: break-word;font-size: 12pt;text-indent: 2em;font-family: 微软雅黑;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><br></p><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">一、<span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);"><strong>禁止燃放烟花爆竹的区域和场所为</strong></span>：葛城街道土城老街景区、葛城街道红军公园区域、易燃易爆物品生产、储存单位；文物保护单位；车站、码头、机场、桥梁、隧道；饮用水水源保护区内；输变电设施安全保护区内；医疗机构、幼儿园、学校、养老机构；化粪池、沼气池、地下管网；森林、草原等重点防火区；法律、法规、规章规定禁止用火的其他区域或者场所。由有关管理责任单位在上述区域或者场所设置明显的禁放警示标志，并严格管理。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">二、<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">限制燃放烟花爆竹的区域为</span></strong>：葛城街道柳杨社区（下至大河沟），东方红社区，桂花井社区，土城社区，梧桐社区，滨河社区，凤凰社区，棉沙村，东方红二村；复兴街道太和社区，和平社区（下至城万快速通道中坝子隧道），茅坪社区（上至老虎垭平行线），友谊社区（至垃圾场桥梁包括锰粉厂）。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">三、<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">限制燃放烟花爆竹的时间</span></strong>。<strong>从2021年2月11日（农历二〇二〇年腊月三十日）至2月26日（农历二〇二一年正月十五日），每日上午7时至次日凌晨1时，</strong>可以在限制燃放区域内燃放烟花爆竹。2021年清明节法定假日（3天），每日上午7时至晚上20时，在上坟祭祀时可以燃放鞭炮，但不得燃放烟花；其余时间均为禁放时间。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">四、殡葬燃放烟花爆竹管理。在政府划定的殡仪馆范围内只能燃放鞭炮，不得燃放烟花；在未纳入殡葬改革范围的限放区域内需办理丧事的，应向当地政府、街道办事处及辖区派出所提出燃放申请，经同意后方可燃放鞭炮，但不得燃放烟花。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">五、严禁任何单位和个人非法生产、销售、储存、运输、燃放烟花爆竹，严禁销售、储存、携带、燃放不符合我县公布的规格和种类要求的烟花爆竹，严禁携带烟花爆竹乘坐公共汽车、轨道交通车辆等公共交通工具。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">六、严格烟花爆竹品种管理。在我县燃放区允许经营和个人燃放的烟花爆竹品种为C级和D级产品中的喷花类、旋转类、玩具类（烟雾型、摩擦型除外）、爆竹类（“土火炮”“大夹小”和“炮中炮”爆竹产品除外）、升空类（火箭、旋转烟花产品除外）、组合烟花类6类。禁止销售和燃放礼花弹、架子烟花、小礼花、吐珠烟花产品和单发火药量大于25g、内径大于30mm（1.2″）的内筒型组合烟花等专业燃放类产品；禁止销售和燃放擦炮、摔炮、药粒型吐珠产品。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">七、未成年人燃放烟花爆竹，应当由监护人或者其他成年人陪同看护。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">八、任何单位和个人应当自觉遵守《重庆市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》规定，并有权劝阻和向公安、应急、商务、供销等部门举报违反《重庆市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》的行为。举报电话：110（县公安局）或59222355（县应急局）。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">九、对违反《重庆市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》等法律法规的行为，依法追究当事人责任。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;">十、本通告自公布之日起施行。</section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-align: center;
