justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 3. 截至2021年3月31日，担任村（社区）党组织书记、村（居）委会主任满3年。曾任上述职务1年以上，中间间断，后又继续担任上述职务的，可合并计算任职年限。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 4. 报考人员应在2021年3月31日前取得大学专科及以上学历。报考少数民族地区岗位的少数民族村（社区）的报考人员可放宽到高中（中专）学历，少数民族地区名单见附件2。</span></section><section style="text-align: 符合报考条件的人员本人提出书面报名申请，经乡镇（街道）党（工）委推荐，各区县公务员主管部门进行资格初步审查合格后，对拟同意的报名人员在所在乡镇（街道）、村（社区）进行5个工作日的公示。经公示无异议或虽有异议但不影响报考的，可进行网上报名；公示有异议但在网上报名开始日（2021年3月10日）之前尚未查清事实的，可进行网上报名等程序，但一经查实影响报考的，在相应环节取消其报考资格或者录用资格。请报考人员仔细阅读报考条件，结合自身实际，诚信报考。</span></p><p style="font-size: 15px;"> 报考人员只能报考本人任职村（社区）所在区县的相应职位。现场资格审查时，报考人员须提供本人任职文件（当选证书）、毕业证、身份证、户口簿原件及复印件1份，以及所在乡镇（街道）党（工）委出具的推荐报考材料。现场资格审查地址及联系电话见附件1。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 网上报名时，报考人员请登录重庆市人力资源和社会保障局网站首页“我要办”中的“人事考试网上报名”栏目，点击“人事考试网上报名入口”进入报名系统，凭本人姓名、身份证号码登录，并上传本人近期电子照片进行报名。网上报名时只审核照片，请报考人员及时查看照片审核是否通过。如照片审核未通过，请在3月12日下午18:00前及时修改，等待重新审核。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 报考人员在填报报名信息后的1日内登录报名网站查询是否报名通过，审核通过后不能再修改任何报考信息。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 网上照片审核通过后，报考人员须在3月13日下午18:00前进行网上缴费（笔试考务费每人每科50元，共100元），确认参考。网上报名后未在规定时间内缴费确认者，视为自动放弃。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 15px;">面试合格人员的考察工作，由各区县按照《重庆市公务员录用考察办法》《重庆市从优秀村干部中考试录用乡镇机关公务员量化考察实施办法（试行）》实施。考察采取个别谈话、实地走访、严格审核人事档案、查询社会信用记录、同本人面谈等方法进行。考察工作突出政治标准，重点考察人选是否符合增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，热爱中国共产党、热爱祖国、热爱人民等政治要求。考察内容主要是德、能、勤、绩、廉，考察结果量化计分，满分为100分，60分及以上为合格。各区县在量化考察的同时，应按有关规定对考察对象的报名资格进行复审，考察及资格复审合格的人员方能进入体检。</span></section><section
