15px;">医保基金不仅含有国家财政的投入，也含有老百姓的个人缴费。随着我国经济社会发展和人民生活水平的持续提高，人民群众对健康的重视程度日益提升，个人的医保基金缴费水平也在逐年升高。因此对医保基金有效监管，将百姓的看病钱用在刀刃上，已经成为全社会的共识。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;">根据国家医疗保障局提供的数据显示，2019年，全国基本医疗保险基金（含生育保险）收入24421亿元，支出20854亿元，累计结余27697亿元。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;">职工基本医疗保险基金，按照国家规定，由用人单位和职工本人按照一定比例进行缴费。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;">城乡居民基本医疗保险基金，实施财政补助和个人缴费相结合的筹资模式。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent:
