【政协委员风采】县中医院副院长于敏：用“医者仁心”诠释“履职担当”

font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;">一名患者走进县中医院，最基础也是最迫切的需求就是看好病，而要解决患者这一最基本的需求，就得做好学科建设工作。对此，于敏一直坚持“为人民健康服务”的办院宗旨，规范学科设置，狠抓专业学科精细化发展，医院新增市级中医重点专科1个，特色专科2个；中医骨伤科开展2项第二类医疗技术——髋关节置换技术、膝关节置换技术，优化中医医疗服务彰显特色；改扩建针灸科，规范设置康复训练大厅和中医治疗区，开展针灸、小针刀、微创穴位埋线等中医技术42项，以高质量、高水平的医疗服务，不断满足群众健康需求。 </span></p><p style="color: rgb(206, 53, 10); font-size: 14px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;caret-color: red;color: #000000;">“随着我们科室的完善和中医诊疗技术的提升，许多病人发现中医的针灸理疗对很多疾病的治疗效果非常好，所以现在病人对我们非常信任。现在我们科室的住院病人一般都是在二三十个左右，门诊也有二三十个，每天都很忙。”县中医院针灸科医生胥远旭说。 </span></p><p style="color: rgb(206, 53, 10); font-size: 14px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">“近几年，我县老百姓对中医药的需求明显提高，县中医药门诊量较三年前增长30%左右，中医适宜技术的推广也深受广大患者认可。但是目前不管是县中医院，还是全县的中医药发展，在基础设施建设、人才培养以及学科发展方面都还有较大的提升空间，所以我这几年一直把目光聚焦在中医药健康发展上。”于敏说，学科建设是一个单位发展的标志，作为一名中医人，要深刻领会习近平总书记提出的“推动中医药振兴发展，坚持中西医并重”的深刻内涵，在医院现有条件下，推动较为成熟的一些科室向更高目标迈进，为老百姓在本地提供更高水平的医疗服务。 </span></p><p style="color: rgb(206, 53, 10);
