2em;">”县十七届人大代表张维根介绍，近年来，由于县城老旧小区消防设施设备老化、系统维护保养缺失、群众消防安全意识淡薄等原因，导致火灾事故多发，不同程度造成人员伤亡和财产损失，已成为影响公共消防安全和群众安居乐业的突出问题。</span><span style="font-size: 16px;text-indent: 0);">《议案》从老旧小区目前存在的消防安全隐患、安全隐患产生的成因等方面进行了深入分析，点出了存在问题，并结合问题提出了在增加消防给水配套设施、开展电气线路升级改造、提高物业机构管理水平、加强“三小”场所监管、加强消防安全知识普及等五个方面加强人大监督，督促相关职能部门进一步落实责任，加大治理力度，切实解决县城老旧小区消防安全隐患，保障人民群众生命财产安全。</span></section><section 16px;">县人大城环委是监督主体单位，在落实工作中，县人大常委会分管联系领导和县人大城环委高度重视，组织成立工作组开展专项监督办理工作，及时研究监督办理措施，拟定开展工作计划。积极协调沟通，多次听取相关部门专题工作汇报，并与有关代表协调，邀请领衔代表跟踪办理过程，踏勘消防治理现场。同时，县人大城环委适时开展现场调研，县住房城乡建委及消防大队按照《议案》内容，在给水系统、电气线路、老旧小区消防通道、老旧小区底部“三小”场所与住宅物理分隔等方面，认真摸底调查、积极谋划措施、扎实整改问题。</span></p></section></section><section
